Federal Compliance

All hemp-derived products sold by ValuedBud™ are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018).

Delta-9 THC Concentration: All products contain ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, as verified by third-party laboratory testing.

Farm Bill Compliance: Our products are derived from hemp as defined in Section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, as amended by the 2018 Farm Bill.
