Purchase Options
ValuedBud™ offers two ways to purchase our premium hemp-derived products:
One-Time Purchases – Buy products individually without any recurring commitment.
Subscription Memberships – Enroll in our tiered membership program (Bud Access, Bud Pro, or Bud Legend) for recurring monthly deliveries and exclusive member benefits.
Subscription Memberships
By enrolling in a subscription membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file at your selected monthly interval. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by:
- Logging into your customer account at shop.valuedbud.com
- Contacting us at support@valuedbud.com
Cancellations submitted after an order has already been processed or shipped will apply to the next billing cycle.
Returns & Refunds
One-Time Purchases: We do not accept returns of hemp flower, consumable products, or opened items due to the nature of our products. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@valuedbud.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through replacement or store credit.
Subscription Orders: Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect subscription shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
