Shipping Overview
ValuedBud™ ships hemp-derived products in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that hemp-derived products are legal to receive in your state or jurisdiction.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders to locations where shipping is restricted or legally unclear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal of delivery

Failed delivery attempts

Reship the order after additional shipping is paid, or

Issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ValuedBud™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your order was misdelivered or lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Order Tracking
