We do not ship hemp-derived products to restricted states. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted states will not be fulfilled.

Shipping & Handling

Orders ship within 1 business day with tracking provided. Adult signature may be required depending on destination state. All products are packaged discreetly and securely.

State Shipping Restrictions – THCA / Hemp-Derived Products

We comply fully with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state laws. All products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

Due to constantly changing regulations, we currently do not ship THCA or hemp-derived THC products to the following states or localities:

  • Idaho
  • Rhode Island
  • Arkansas

Important: If your state or local jurisdiction changes its legal status, your order may be cancelled and refunded. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws.

Checkout Enforcement: Our checkout system is configured to prevent order completion from restricted states. Customers in the above states will not see available shipping methods at checkout.
