Return Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Returns must be initiated by contacting support@valuedbud.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Product Replacement
If your product arrives damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number
We will replace damaged products at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Procedure
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at support@valuedbud.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item
- We will send the correct product at no charge
You do not need to return the incorrect item unless requested.
Non-Delivery Procedure
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations:
- Opened or used hemp flower products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Products without proof of purchase
Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent
- The product was defective
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Standard return procedures apply.
To cancel an order, contact support@valuedbud.com immediately with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product, please:
- Request a return/refund for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
