Subscriptions

Customers may choose to enroll in subscription purchases for select products when available. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file at the selected delivery interval.

Managing Your Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by logging into your customer account or by contacting us at:

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations submitted after an order has already been processed or shipped will apply to the next billing cycle.

We do not accept returns of hemp flower or consumable products. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you.
